[ Shipping ]

  1. Free shipping via registered 'signed for' parcels to most destinations ( such as USA, UK, Australia ) will an estimated 2-3 weeks to reach their destinations. A signature is required to receive the package. We respectfully request that international customers located in unusual destinations ( Maldives, Palestine ) accept that airmail delivery accept that airmail delivery can take an extended 4 - 5 weeks. Countries excluded from shipping include South Korea, Japan and Ireland.

  2. Packages are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment unless item is out of stock.

  3. Occasional delays due to peak season, high traffic or customs inspection can be expected from time to time. Our customers' satisfaction is important to us and we will do what we can to ensure it is so but when a package is sent out, some delays are out of our hands. In rare cases, a package may be delayed at the destination Customs for up to 3 months. Customers from Canada, Germany and Italy please take note.

  4. The estimated time of delivery is not the maximum or minimum times. It is only an estimation. If a package is stopped at Customs for closer inspection, the package will be delayed.

  5. Our items are securely packed in discrete packaging.

  6. Registration numbers are available upon request. For USA and Canada, tracking shows only the date of dispatch, destination country and destination arrival.

  7. Packages very rarely are lost in the mail system. If a package is confirmed to be lost by the postal service, we will send out a replacement. Please allow us ample time to confirm the status of the package before requesting for a replacement. Please ensure that your mailing address is correct.

  8. You are considered the importer and you should comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that some countries may have restrictions on the import and sale of some of our products to you. While we shall endeavour to assist you to fulfill the import or sale requirements imposed by local authorities, we are unable to accept any liability or be held responsible for any consequence or loss caused by or in connection with the import or sale requirements imposed by any local authority.

[ Payment ]

  1. Purchases made on this site is transacted through PayPal. We do not hold and personal information of the customer.

  2. We also accept payments made through Moneygram and other similar services, please contact us.

  3. Customs duties/taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the Customer.

[ Address ]

  1. Please ensure that the address provided to PayPal is correct.

  2. Packages are shipped to the address on the Pay Pal payment notification email.

  3. If mailing address is different, do be sure to email us the correct address before the package is sent out. Let us know in advance if the package is to be a gift to be sent to another address.

  4. Buyer is to pay for postage and handling fees for re-sending package to the correct address.

  5. Any packages returned to us marked "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to return shipping charges.


  7. Why haven't I received my package?

    We send our packages via registered mail. It simply means a signature is required for delivery. Below are the common reasons why you may not have received your package.

    1. Unclaimed package

    If the address is not at the premise, the package will be returned to the postal facility of your country.

    A postal notice will be left in your mailbox. If a claim is not made at the postal facility within the stipulated time, the package will be returned to us.

    2. Wrong or incomplete address

    If the addressee has provided us with a wrong address, the package cannot be successfully delivered. It will then be returned to us.

    3. Customs inspections

    Most packages clear Customs quickly. However, some packages may be put on an inspection queue and this will take longer to reach you. Customs check is the prerogative of any country, we are not able to dictate or influence how the Customs of your country clear packages.

    4. Package signed for family or friends

    Your package may have been signed for by a family or friend staying with you. If you are staying with someone, please let them know that you are expecting to receive a package.

    When the package is returned to us

    In this case, we can resend the package out with the addressee reimbursing the postage.

    You may also wish to cancel the order, by which we will refund you the amount paid less the shipping fees.
